After a short break, I put the camera up on a 25-foot pole in the tree our barn owls like to hang out in - best shots yet!
Below are two samples of what the owls sound like, nearly all night long. I never thought I’d find their screams, shrieks, and screeches a comfort, but I miss them when I don’t hear them - I’ll even crack open my bedroom window to make sure they are happy out there.
